Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff.
Unfortunately, my room was quite small and lacked a fridge or any coffee/tea facilities, which made it challenging for me to keep snacks and drinks. There were also some cleaning issues, including finding a few bugs in the bathroom, which left me feeling uneasy. Lastly, although the location is decent, the overall experience could definitely be improved considering the price I paid for the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Mocali. The location is fantastic, just a couple of blocks from the beach and numerous restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my solo trip feel welcoming and enjoyable.

Excellent service, cozy atmosphere, and clean rooms made my visit comfortable. The continental breakfast was a refreshing start to each day. I felt welcomed and relaxed throughout my stay.

The Standard Double Room was pretty comfy overall. The sheets and towels felt nice, and I loved the good wifi. It was quiet, which was a plus for me. But there were definitely some cleaning issues, like dead roaches, and I had a hard time getting enough water during my stay. The location was decent, not too far from stuff, but I think they could up their game for the price I paid.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, fabulous online communication, and I appreciated the early check-in and late check-out along with the free parking for a convenient stay just 10 km from the airport.
